Ownership
Railyard Enterprises is comprised of three members who have been business associates for over 20 years: Brett Chomer, Kevin Daniels, and Eric Enfield.
Brett is a local artist who also owns and operates Brett Chomer Studio, previously located in the Gross Kelly Warehouse. Brett has resided in Santa Fe for over 18 years and has completed over 100 major art projects & installations throughout the country. Kevin Daniels is a local independent real estate developer and contractor, who owns and operates Cerro Development. Kevin has resided in Santa Fe for 20 years, and has successfully designed and managed more than 80 architectural, construction and development projects. Eric Enfield is an architect, long-time resident of Santa Fe, and President of Architectural Alliance, Inc. which has been operating in Santa Fe since 1993.

The building at 1221 Shoofly Street contains a net leasable area of approximately 15,000 square feet.
